通过从卫矛科植物苦皮藤中提取苦皮藤素和采用琥珀酸酐法合成的有机杀虫剂苦皮藤素衍生物，对金针虫有较好的杀灭作用。地下害虫中的金针虫多在地下或地面活动生活，为害土遗址等，隐蔽性强，是较难防治的一类昆虫。通过文献与实际土遗址调研相结合的方法，探讨了土遗址中金针虫发生、活动等生命周期与土壤及环境的关系、害虫发生症状的诊断及防治措施，以期为土遗址虫害防治研究及土遗址的保护提供参考。

It was difficult to control and treat classes of strong concealment insects which lived in underground and surface of the earthen sites.By combining methods of the literature and research , the relationship between the environment of the site and occurrence symptom of the wireworm was discussed , as well was the diagnosis and control measurements.These researches would provide the reference for control researches to pests and protection earthen archaeological sites .
