目的：探讨中年女性子宫肌瘤复发的相关危险因素及手术对策。方法：将我院实施子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者100例进行随访研究，观察复发率，分析复发因素。结果：本组100例患者术后5年内复发43例，复发率达43．00％；其中57例患者接受经腹部切除术中复发21例，23例患者接受阴式切除术中复发10例，20例患者接受经腹腔镜切除术中复发12例，三种手术方式的术后复发率比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。本组患者术后5年内复发率达43．00％，其复发率与患者手术时的年龄、肌瘤个数、肌瘤大小及术后时间等因素密切相关（P＜0．05）。结论：影响子宫肌瘤术后复发的因素颇多，积极有效的手术处理措施是防止其复发的关键。

Objective:To investigate the recrudescent risk factors and operation countermeasure of hysteromyoma a-bout middle-aged female .Methods:100 cases received the hysteromyoma resection were folloed-up and the recrudescent and operation countermeasure of hysteromyoma were analyzed .Results:There were 43 cases with recurrence within 5 years in 100 patients ,and the recurrence rate was 43% .Among 57 patients undergoing abdominal hysterectomy ,there were 21 cases with recurrence ,among the 23 patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy ,there were 10 cases of recur-rence ,and among the 20 patients received laparoscopic resection ,there were 12 cases of recurrence .There were no sta-tistically significant differences in three kinds of operation mode about the postoperative recurrence rate (P>0 .05) . The relapse rate in 5 years was 43 .00% in this group .The relation between the relapse rate and age ,myoma piece ,my-oma size and postoperative time is closed(P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The factors of recrudescent risk factors of hysteromyo-ma about middle-aged female are more ,so effective operation measures are is the important turning point to prevent the relapse .
