目的：旨在研究CK及CD68对胃肠道淋巴结微转移的诊断价值。方法：采用免疫组化PV-9000法检测41例胃肠癌淋巴结微小转移癌（实验组）和28例正常淋巴结（对照组）中的CK及CD68蛋白的表达。结果：CK在实验组的阳性率为85．37％（35/41），显著高于对照组14．29％（4/28）（ P＝0．000）；CD68在实验组的阳性率为19．51％（8/41），显著低于对照组67．86％（19/28）（P＝0．000）。Spearman分析提示在胃肠癌淋巴结微小转移组织中CK表达与CD68表达呈高度负相关（ r＝-0．841，P＝0．000）。结论：免疫组化法检测淋巴结微转移可以作为肿瘤细胞淋巴播散的指标。CK及CD68两者联合检测可应用于胃肠道淋巴结微小转移癌的检测。

Objective:To study the diagnostic value of CK and CD68 in gastrointestinal lymph node micrometastases . Methods:41 cases of gastric cancer lymph node micrometastases (experimental group) and 28 cases of normal lymph node (the control group) were detected by immunohistochemistry PV-9000 method of the expression of CK and CD68 protein .Results:The positive rate of CK in the experimental group were 85 .36% (35/41) ,significantly higher than the control group 14 .29% (4/28) (P=0 .000);the positive rate of CD68 in the experimental group were 19 .51% (8/41) , significantly lower than the control group 67 .86% (19/28) (P=0 .000) .Spearman analysis showed that lymph node micrometastases in gastrointestinal cancer tissue CK expression and CD68 expression was negatively correlated (r=-0 .841 ,P= 0 .000) .Conclusion:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect micrometastases in lymph nodes can be used as indicators of lymphatic spread of tumor cells .CK and CD68 can be used in combined detection of lymph node mi-crometastases gastrointestinal cancer detection .
