通过田间试验的方式，对在烤烟生产中应用生物可降解地膜与普通地膜进行了比较分析。结果表明：与普通地膜相比，生物可降解地膜在覆膜20d左右开始降解，出现细小裂缝；30d后裂缝明显增加，45d后大面积出现降解，手触即破，而普通地膜无降解变化；150d后观察，生物可降解膜地面残留较少，而普通地膜地面残留量较多。并且应用生物查降解膜对于烤烟生育期、农艺性状、病害发生和经济性状没有影响，在一定程度上减轻了揭膜培土的用工量，节约了用工成本，生态环保效果较好。
통과전간시험적방식，대재고연생산중응용생물가강해지막여보통지막진행료비교분석。결과표명：여보통지막상비，생물가강해지막재복막20d좌우개시강해，출현세소렬봉；30d후렬봉명현증가，45d후대면적출현강해，수촉즉파，이보통지막무강해변화；150d후관찰，생물가강해막지면잔류교소，이보통지막지면잔류량교다。병차응용생물사강해막대우고연생육기、농예성상、병해발생화경제성상몰유영향，재일정정도상감경료게막배토적용공량，절약료용공성본，생태배보효과교호。
By field experiment,the application effect of biodegradable film on flue-cured tobacco planting was discussed. The results were as follows:The biodegradable film degraded about 20 days after mulching with the appearance of the little cracks,and after 30 days cracks increased significantly,and after 45 days the film broken at the slightest touch,while the ordinary plastic film didn't degrade. After 150 days the biodegradable film residual was less,while the ordinary plastic film residual was more. And the application of the biodegradable film had no effect on growth period,agronomical characters,disease and economic char-acters of flue-cured tobacco. However,to some extent it reduced the amount of labor used of uncovering film,save the cost,and was beneficial to eco-environment protection.
