According to the development of modern organic synthesis and learning situation of students , the present conditions of organic synthesis curriculum were analyzed.The teaching reform of organic synthesis chemistry curriculum was explored from work on teaching materials , the teaching activities should teach students from easy to difficult , proceeding in orderly way , and advancing in knowledge with time.The organic synthesis chemistry should be integrated with scientific research to improving student ability in training , analysis and solution questions.
