有机化学实验是化学、生物技术、食品科学等理工类专业非常重要的实践类必修课。调查河南几所高校化学、食品科学等专业有机化学实验的开设情况,发现存在一些问题:如课时较少,实验条件相对较差,为了有效地进行有机化学实验教学,通过常量的有机化学实验和微量结合,逐步缩减实验药品等方式,从而大大提高了原子经济化利用率。

Organic Chemistry Experiment was an important required course for chemistry , life science etc.Through investigating , it found the course was mainly arranged according to the chemistry specialty.But less class time and experimental conditions were relatively poor.The purpose of this work was to discuss how the experimental teaching of organic chemistry effectively carried out , by means of combining “micro -experiment” and the practice of the course together.The experimental drug was gradually reduced , thereby , the utilization rate of the atom economy was greatly improved.
