采用传统的高温固相法合成了不同形状的铌酸钙基质发光材料,利用XRD、 SEM以及荧光光谱( PL)对样品的结构、形貌与光学性能进行了表征测试。用200~350 nm紫外光激发样品时,可见光区的发射峰位于350~650 nm,呈白光发射,该发射带是由铌酸钙基质的发射峰和Bi3+离子以及Pr3+离子的电子轨道跃迁所产生的发射峰组成;同时本文也探讨了不同掺杂条件对发光性能的影响,对所制备材料的发光机理也进行了初步的分析。
採用傳統的高溫固相法閤成瞭不同形狀的鈮痠鈣基質髮光材料,利用XRD、 SEM以及熒光光譜( PL)對樣品的結構、形貌與光學性能進行瞭錶徵測試。用200~350 nm紫外光激髮樣品時,可見光區的髮射峰位于350~650 nm,呈白光髮射,該髮射帶是由鈮痠鈣基質的髮射峰和Bi3+離子以及Pr3+離子的電子軌道躍遷所產生的髮射峰組成;同時本文也探討瞭不同摻雜條件對髮光性能的影響,對所製備材料的髮光機理也進行瞭初步的分析。
채용전통적고온고상법합성료불동형상적니산개기질발광재료,이용XRD、 SEM이급형광광보( PL)대양품적결구、형모여광학성능진행료표정측시。용200~350 nm자외광격발양품시,가견광구적발사봉위우350~650 nm,정백광발사,해발사대시유니산개기질적발사봉화Bi3+리자이급Pr3+리자적전자궤도약천소산생적발사봉조성;동시본문야탐토료불동참잡조건대발광성능적영향,대소제비재료적발광궤리야진행료초보적분석。
Different shapes of calcium niobate -based luminescent materials were synthesized by using a traditional high-temperature solid method , and the structures , morphologies and optical properties of products prepared were characterized by using XRD , SEM and photoluminescence spectrum ( PL ) , respectively.The emission band of the samples prepared was at 350~650 nm in the visible range under 200~350 nm UV-light excitation , the emission band of the materials was consisted of the emission peaks of calcium niobate and Bi 3+and Pr3 +which generated by electronic orbital transition of bismuth ion and praseodymium ion.Meanwhile , the different doping conditions with effect on the optical properties of the samples prepared were also investigated , and the luminescent mechanism of materials prepared was discussed preliminary.
