以CuSO4·5H2 O为铜源、 Na2 CO3为沉淀剂,在80℃水浴中通过简单的液相沉淀法一步合成了CuO纳米微球。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计及WS-30A气敏测试系统对样品的结构形貌和性能进行了表征。结果表明,所得产物为单斜结构的纳米微球,且该产物具有较好的光催化和气敏性能。
以CuSO4·5H2 O為銅源、 Na2 CO3為沉澱劑,在80℃水浴中通過簡單的液相沉澱法一步閤成瞭CuO納米微毬。利用X-射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、紫外-可見分光光度計及WS-30A氣敏測試繫統對樣品的結構形貌和性能進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明,所得產物為單斜結構的納米微毬,且該產物具有較好的光催化和氣敏性能。

CuO nano -microspheres were synthesized by a facile aqueous method with CuSO 4 · 5H2 O as copper source and Na 2 CO3 as precipitant at 80℃.The structure , morphology and performance of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ultraviolet (UV) visible spectrophotometer and gas sensing measurements (WS-30A).The results indicated that the product was nano -microspheres with the monoclinic structure and had better performance on photocatalytic and gas sensing properties.
