采用浸渍法将活性组分NaOH负载在载体MgO上,制备了NaOH/MgO耐水型固体碱催化剂,将其用于催化生物柴油的合成。考察了不同NaOH负载量的催化剂在反应体系中的溶解性及反应效果,确定了NaOH负载量为30%。采用该催化剂进行了单因素实验研究,结果表明,原料油中含水量为5%时,反应条件为mNaOH:mNaOH+MgO =0.3, n醇:n油=24:1,催化剂用量为2%,反应温度35℃,反应30 min时,产物收率可达82%。

The waterproof solid base catalyst NaOH/MgO was prepared by impregnation , and the catalyst was used in synthesis of biodiesel.The different NaOH loading was studied based the solubility and reactivity , and the 30% loading was determined.The single factor experiments were done , and showed that the yield of biodiesel could be up to 82%after 35 min when the reaction conditions were m NaOH:mNaOH +MgO =0.3, nalcohol:noil =24:1, 2% catalyst, and the reaction temperature at 35 ℃.
