目的:分析新形势下医疗纠纷的特点,查找发生原因,改进医院管理。方法采取回顾性研究方法,对某三级甲等综合性医院近三年来结案的55例经医患双方协商或司法诉讼解决、医院给予一定经济赔偿的医疗纠纷案件进行分析讨论。结果医疗纠纷患者没有明显的性别特征,年龄分布集中于36~65岁年龄段,城市居民发生医疗纠纷的数量明显大于农村居民;医务人员的学历构成以硕士、博士为主,职务构成以副高、高级职称为主;外科科室发生医疗纠纷频数最高,占全院科室的61.82%;医疗技术水平不足是医疗纠纷发生的主要原因,占纠纷总数的52.72%。结论加强医疗安全管理,强化医疗质量控制力度,积极构建和谐的医患关系,对促进医院的发展具有重大意义。

Objective To study the cause, characteristics and new trends of medical disputes, Provide the advice to im-prove the medical quality and management. Methods A total of 55 cases of medical disputes in one hospital from 2010 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients had no obviously difference in sex and age but area, The age range concentrate in 36~65 years, The urban population take the higher Proportion (69.09%); The educational back-ground of most doctors is Master and Doctor, The post of most doctors is senior positional title and subsidiary-senior positional title;the surgery departments make more medical disputes(61.82%); The insignificance of medical technology is the major factor of medical malpractice(52.72%).Conclusion Standardizing medical practices, improving comprehen-sive quality of medical staffs and enhancing skills of physician-patient communication are important measures to pre-vent medical disputes.
