目的：探讨婴幼儿心脏CT造影过程中的护理方法。方法：收集婴幼儿先天性心脏病（ CHD ）56例，其中复杂型心脏病40例，采用多排螺旋CT扫描，总结CT心脏造影术的护理技术要点。结果：婴幼儿心脏CT扫描护理中，需要充分镇静、建立下肢静脉通道、双筒高压注射器注射造影剂才能获得满意图像，心电门控下扫描更能显示心脏复杂畸形的影像细节。结论：婴幼儿心脏CT造影过程中需要特殊的护理方法。
목적：탐토영유인심장CT조영과정중적호리방법。방법：수집영유인선천성심장병（ CHD ）56례，기중복잡형심장병40례，채용다배라선CT소묘，총결CT심장조영술적호리기술요점。결과：영유인심장CT소묘호리중，수요충분진정、건립하지정맥통도、쌍통고압주사기주사조영제재능획득만의도상，심전문공하소묘경능현시심장복잡기형적영상세절。결론：영유인심장CT조영과정중수요특수적호리방법。
Objective To evaluate the nursing techniques application on heart CT imaging in child. Methods 56 cases with congenital heart disease( CHD)were collected,including 40 cases with complex CHD. Multi-slice CT was undergone on all the patients. The nursing techniques application in CT heart imaging,including preparing and processing,were analyzed. Results During the nursing for heart CT im-aging,it was essential to obtain satisfactory image by fully establishing the sedation,lower extremity venous channel,double -tube high pressure syringe injection for contrast media. ECG gated scanning can show more image details of complicated heart malformation( P<0. 05). Conclusion Special nursing techniques are essential in CT heart imaging of child.
