在互联网广泛普及的背景下，越来越多的公众选择在网络上发表对公共事件的诉求，其中医疗卫生关系着公众的切身利益，使其成为了网络舆情重点关注的领域。本文分析了网络舆情的产生及发展规律，并结合在宣传工作中的实际做法，进一步探寻医院在应对网络舆情时可以采取的监控手段和引导网络舆情的方法，从而化解各类医疗卫生事件，营造良好医患氛围，促进医院和谐发展。
在互聯網廣汎普及的揹景下，越來越多的公衆選擇在網絡上髮錶對公共事件的訴求，其中醫療衛生關繫著公衆的切身利益，使其成為瞭網絡輿情重點關註的領域。本文分析瞭網絡輿情的產生及髮展規律，併結閤在宣傳工作中的實際做法，進一步探尋醫院在應對網絡輿情時可以採取的鑑控手段和引導網絡輿情的方法，從而化解各類醫療衛生事件，營造良好醫患氛圍，促進醫院和諧髮展。

As the popularity of the internet, an increasing number of people express their appeals on public events via internet, among which, the public health have become the highlighted spots, which always have a close relationship with the vital interests of the public. This article analyzes the emergence and development of the internet public opin-ion, combined with actual practice of publicity, to further explore the hospital in dealing with the internet public opin-ion that can be taken means of monitoring and approach of guiding inertnet public opinion, to resolve health events, create a good doctor-patient environment, and promote the harmonious development of the hospital.
