目的:探讨普外二开展品管圈活动在降低护士对患者身份识别错误率中的效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确定以“降低普外二护士对患者身份识别错误率”为主题,对2012年2月~2013年2月广东省中山市小榄人民医院普外二科(以下简称“我科”)护士对患者身份识别错误率进行观察,并与2011年1月~2012年1月品管圈活动实施前我科护士对患者身份识别错误率进行比较,并对品管圈活动前后护士的自我评价得分进行比较。结果开展品管圈活动后,护士对患者身份错误率由实施前的71%显著降低至23%,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);开展品管圈活动后,护士的责任心、积极性、沟通协调能力、解决问题能力得分分别为(4.5±0.3)、(4.6±0.3)、(4.5±0.3)、(4.4±0.5)分,均显著性高于活动前[(2.9±0.7)、(1.9±1.1)、(3.2±0.5)、(3.4±0.6)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动能有效降低普外二护士对患者身份识别错误率,同时提升护士的责任心、积极性、沟通协调能力及解决问题的能力。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of quality control circle (QCC) on reducing the error rates of patient i-dentification by nurses at the second division of general surgery. Methods QCC team was founded, and the theme of“reducing the error rates of patient identification by nurses at the second division of general surgery” was determined. The patients identification error rate of nurses from February 2012 to February 2013 in the Second Division of General Surgery of the Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan City (“our department”for short) were observed, and was com-pared with the patients identification error rate of nurses before the implementation of the QCC from January 2011 to January 2012 in our department. Nurse's self-evaluation scores before and after QCC were compared. Results After QCC, patient identification error rate was 23%, which was significantly low than that of before QCC (71%), the differ-ence was statistically significant (P< 0.01). After QCC, nurses responsibility, enthusiasm, communication skills, prob-lem-solving ability score were (4.5±0.3), (4.6±0.3), (4.5±0.3), (4.4±0.5) points, which were significantly higher than those of before QCC [(2.9±0.7), (1.9±1.1), (3.2±0.5), (3.4±0.6) points], the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05 or P< 0.01). Conclusion QCC can effectively reduce the patients identification error rates in the department of general surgery, and improve nurses responsibility, enthusiasm, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
