原发卵巢的子宫内膜间质肉瘤非常少见，兼有低度和高度特征者更为罕见。经过对本例卵巢原发的子宫内膜样间质肉瘤进行HE染色、镜下观察，网织纤维染色，免疫组化染色以及跟踪随访，通过复习相关文献，对卵巢原发的子宫内膜样间质肉瘤的临床和病理特点进行分析总结，并与性索原间质肿瘤、平滑肌肉瘤等鉴别诊断。

As primary endometrioid stromal sarcomas of the ovary are very rare, cases displaying both low and high grade features such as this case are extremely rare. By HE staining, microscope examination, collagen staining, im-munohistochemical staining and case fllow-up on this case, combining literature review, the clinical and pathological characteristics of the primary endometrioid stromal sarcomas of the ovary that must be differentiated from other ovrian lesions, such as sex-cord tumours and leiomysarcoma and so on are analyzed and summarized.
