目的：通过观察体外成熟卵母细胞显微注射受精后胚胎特定时间段是否经历早期分裂的三细胞阶段来对其囊胚形成潜能进行预测。方法未成熟卵子体外成熟后行卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)，授精后33.9~42.9 h内每小时观察1次，记录三细胞胚胎形成数，授精后6d统计囊胚形成率。结果经过三细胞阶段的胚胎囊胚形成率(76.67%)明显高于未出现三细胞阶段(4.17%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；并且在39.9 h之前出现的三细胞胚胎，其囊胚形成率最高。结论通过观察胚胎分裂早期是否经历三细胞阶段可对囊胚形成率有较好的预测，为建立有效的、无创的早期预测胚胎发育潜能的指标奠定理论基础。

Objective To develop a prediction method of blastocyst formation in v itro by observation the three-cell em-bryo stage in specific time window of fertilization embryo post intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Methods Human immature oocytes were further cultured until maturity before ICSI was performed. Continuous observation of three-cell stage after ICSI of 33.9-42.9 h were preformed per hour, and the blastocysts rate were recorded post ICSI for 6 d. Re-sults The blastocysts rate of fertilization embryo, which underwent the three-cell stage (76.67%) were higher than those without three-cell stage (4.17%), and difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Furthermore, the high-est blastocysts rate was identified in fertilization embryo which three-cell stage observed 39.9 h post ICSI. Conclusion The three-cell embryo stage can be used as a potential reference to estimate blastocysts rate of fertilization embryo.
