矿山多绳摩擦式提升机罐笼更换安全风险大、要求占用井口时间少。论文结合实践阐述了一种利用主绳悬挂油缸伸缩量来拆除旧罐笼、安装新罐笼安全便捷的施工方法。该施工方法主要由固定一侧罐笼钢丝绳,井口拆除另一侧罐笼尾绳并固定,将另一侧罐笼主绳悬挂装置与罐笼脱开,拉出另一侧旧罐笼,新罐笼进入井口,新罐笼与首绳悬挂装置、尾绳悬挂装置连接,解除一侧罐笼钢丝绳的约束,试运行等步骤组成。
