西北地区广泛发育着弱胶结、强富水的孔隙裂隙砂岩层,在矿井建设中存在普通颗粒型浆液难以注入该岩层,注浆防水减渗效果差等实际问题。以新庄煤矿风立井井筒建设为工程背景,以室内试验为基础,选取典型的孔隙裂隙含水砂岩,采用超细水泥和脲醛树脂两种浆液进行重复四次注浆试验,其中前两次注超细水泥浆液后两次注脲醛树脂浆液。试验结果表明:重复注入超细水泥浆液能够很好充填岩石中较大的孔隙裂隙;而对于超细水泥浆液无法注入的微细孔隙裂隙,重复注入溶液型化学浆液可以充填颗粒型材料无法注入的微细孔隙裂隙;随着注浆次数的增加岩样的渗透系数减小,说明浆液在孔隙裂隙中的充填效果明显;颗粒型浆液和溶液型浆液结合使用能够起到很好的防渗堵漏效果。

The weak cementation ,strong water-rich sandstones are widely developed in the northwest of China.Practical problems such as the difficulty of injecting the ordinary particle into this rock and the poor effect of infiltration reduction of waterproof grouting are existed.Selecting typical sandstones with the construction of air shaft wellbore in Xinzhuang Mine as the project background and the indoor test as the basis ,grouting test was repeated four times with superfine cement and urea-formaldehyde resin and the first two times of which were injected with superfine cement.The results showed that in-jecting superfine cement repeatedly can fill the large pores in rocks well.Aiming at the fine ones super-fine cement which is difficult to inject ,injecting Solution type chemical grout repeatedly can fill it which granular materials can not.With the increase in the number of grouting ,permeability coefficient of rock samples decreases ,w hich indicates that the effect of the slurry filling fissures in the pores is significant.Particle type slurry and solution type slurry can play a very good combination with the effect of seepage.
