中煤第一建设有限公司承建的神华宁夏煤业集团有限责任公司金家渠煤矿中部回风立井井筒,在内层井壁C70高标号混凝土段施工过程中,通过安设温度传感器,从混凝土浇筑到混凝土终凝,连续测量井壁环境温度,混凝土入模温度,混凝土水化反应开始时间,混凝土内外温度差及井壁降温情况等。进行监测收集混凝土的水化热情况及温度变化的数据。解决了大体积、高标号混凝土的裂缝问题。本文以此为例,在分析混凝土裂缝产生的原因,通过安设温度传感器,进行监测收集混凝土的水化热情况及温度变化的数据的基础上,阐明了大体积、高标号混凝土施工安设温度传感器技术的可行性及重要意义,并根据现场实施情况,提出看法和建议。

China’s Coal Mines First Construction Company limited constructed Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Company limited Jin Jiaqu coal mine middle return wind shaft.During the construction of auxiliary shaft wall C70 high grade concrete ,the shaft wall environmental temperature ,the molding temperature ,the difference between internal temperature and external one and shaft wall lowering temperature from concrete pouring to final solidification was measured by installing temperature sen-sors.The situation of concrete hydration heat and the temperature variation data was monitored and collected.The crack problems of large volume and high grade concrete were resolved.As an example , this paper clarified the practicality and the important significance of the construction technology of in-stalling temperature sensors in large volume and high grade concrete based on analyzing the causes of concrete cracks ,monitoring and collecting the situation of concrete hydration heat and the temperature variation data by installing temperature sensors.Views and suggestions were put forward according to the field implementation situation.
