为了解唑虫酰胺对小菜蛾实验种群的亚致死效应,为小菜蛾的综合防治提供理论依据,采用浸叶法确定了唑虫酰胺对小菜蛾3龄幼虫的亚致死剂量( LC30和LC50),研究其对小菜蛾的生长发育、繁殖及其体内解毒酶的影响。结果表明,经唑虫酰胺亚致死浓度( LC30和LC50)处理后,小菜蛾幼虫体质量与蛹质量减轻,幼虫历期和蛹期明显延长,成虫寿命缩短,羽化率、单雌产卵量与卵孵化率亦均低于对照,小菜蛾3龄期幼虫体内的酯酶、谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶和多功能氧化酶活性均显著低于对照。亚致死浓度的唑虫酰胺对小菜蛾的种群增长有一定的抑制作用,对小菜蛾体内的酯酶、谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶和多功能氧化酶均有明显的抑制作用。这一结果可为唑虫酰胺的科学应用以及制定小菜蛾综合防治策略提供理论依据。
為瞭解唑蟲酰胺對小菜蛾實驗種群的亞緻死效應,為小菜蛾的綜閤防治提供理論依據,採用浸葉法確定瞭唑蟲酰胺對小菜蛾3齡幼蟲的亞緻死劑量( LC30和LC50),研究其對小菜蛾的生長髮育、繁殖及其體內解毒酶的影響。結果錶明,經唑蟲酰胺亞緻死濃度( LC30和LC50)處理後,小菜蛾幼蟲體質量與蛹質量減輕,幼蟲歷期和蛹期明顯延長,成蟲壽命縮短,羽化率、單雌產卵量與卵孵化率亦均低于對照,小菜蛾3齡期幼蟲體內的酯酶、穀胱甘肽-s-轉移酶和多功能氧化酶活性均顯著低于對照。亞緻死濃度的唑蟲酰胺對小菜蛾的種群增長有一定的抑製作用,對小菜蛾體內的酯酶、穀胱甘肽-s-轉移酶和多功能氧化酶均有明顯的抑製作用。這一結果可為唑蟲酰胺的科學應用以及製定小菜蛾綜閤防治策略提供理論依據。

In order to provide the theoretical basis for integrated control of Plutella xylostella,the sublethal effects of tolfenpyrad on experimental populations of P.xylostella were studied.The effects of sublethal doses of tolfenpyrad on growth,development and detoxification enzymes of P.xylostella were investigated with the leaf-dip bioassays,which were used to estimate LC30 and LC50 in advance.Compared with the control,the body mass of the larvae and pupa of P.xylostella was decreased,the development durations of larvae and pupa were obvi-ously prolonged,and the life-span of the adult was shortened after treatment at the LC30and LC50 concentrations of tolfenpyrad.The eclosion rate,the number of eggs laid by per female and hatch rate of eggs were lower than those of the control.The activities of esterase,glutathione-S-transferase and mixed function oxidase of the lar-vae with the treatment of tolfenpyrad were significantly lower than those of the control.The results indicated that tolfenpyrad at sublethal concentrations had some inhibitory effects on the population development of P.xylostel-la,and significant inhibitory effects on the activities of esterase,glutathione-S-transferase and mixed function oxidase of the larvae.This study provides positive guidance for scientific application of tolfenpyrad and develo-ping IPM program for P.xylostella.
