The developing momentum of specialized town industrial cluster of Wang Jiang urban belt has been extremely strong in recent years,and has become the important driving force for the regional economic development. Researches show that the driving mechanism & the governance mode of GVC are very important in upgrading regional industrial cluster. To promote the industrial cluster upgrading of Wan Jiang urban belt,it is essential to implement related industrial cluster upgrading oriented public policy, cultivate higher essential factors,implement multi-type target-market stratege and expand its development space.
