A brief account is given of process handling of shutdown of gasifier, indicating that flushing coal slurry line is the key for longer process handling time of shutdown of gasifier.The causes for longer time for flushing coal slurry line are analyzed and discussed, and based on operation experiences of many years, relevant improvement measures are proposed.After implementation of improvement measures, the time for flushing coal slurry line is reduced from about 35 min to about 15 min, providing a strong guarantee for in time startup and stable production.
