介绍了煤制烯烃项目中DAVY双塔精馏系统的工艺流程及开车运行情况，针对开车过程中暴露出的问题进行分析，提出了解决措施及调节方法。经过一系列调整后，DAVY双塔精馏系统的各项指标趋于稳定，产品质量合格，逐步进入高负荷、长周期稳定运行的状态。

A presentation is given of Davy two-column rectification process flow sheet in coal to olefin project and start-up operation conditions, an analysis is carried out based on problems in start-up process, and countermeasures and adjustment methods are proposed.After a series of adjustments, each indicator of Davy two-column rectification system is tending towards stabilized, the product is qualified, the system is gradually entering high load and long-period stable operation conditions.
