介绍了一起因突发事故而促使合成氨原料气精制工艺技术改造得以提前实施的情况。采用醇烃化取代醇烷化精制合成氨原料气后,烃化系统进口气体中φ( CO+CO2)控制在0.1%~0.2%,烃化系统吨氨电炉功耗25 kW· h,吨氨节电50~60 kW· h;烃化催化剂处理合成氨原料气的能力优于甲烷化催化剂;烃化与甲烷化相比,增产合成氨2%左右,年增利润300万元以上。

An introduction is given of implementation in advance of renovation of ammonia synthetic raw gas refining process technology motivated by a sudden accident.After using alcoholization and hydrocarbylation process to replace methanolization and methanation process to refine ammonia raw gas,φ( CO +CO2 ) in inlet gas of hydrocarbylation system is controlled at 0.1% ~0.2%, power consumption of electric furnace per ton ammonia is 25 kW· h, and power saving 50~60 kW· h per ton ammonia;the ammonia raw gas process ability of hydrocarbonylation catalyst is superior to that of methanation catalyst; compared with methanation, hydrocarbonylation increases ammonia production about 2%, annual profit increases more than 3 million yuan.
