介绍了陶瓷过滤机的工作原理，对陶瓷过滤机应用于磷精矿脱水中出现的产能不达标问题进行了分析并提出了改进措施。改进措施实施后，陶瓷过滤机产能逐步达到了设计值，为今后进一步提高其产能提供了可能的解决方法。

The operating principle of ceramic filter is introduced, and an analysis is made of the problem of production capacity not up to standard using ceramic filter in dehydration of phosphate concentrate, and improvement measures are proposed.After implementation of improvement measures, the capacity of ceramic filter has gradually reached design value, providing possible solution for further improvement of its capacity in future.
