为开发一种性能好且副作用少的抗酸剂,将氢氧化钙负载于酸活化蒙脱石上,然后用硬脂酸进行表面修饰,制备氢氧化钙/蒙脱石抗酸剂。考察Ca(OH)2负载量、负载温度及硬脂酸用量对抗酸剂体外抗酸和胃粘膜保护性能的影响。结果表明,制备氢氧化钙/蒙脱石抗酸剂的最适宜条件为:Ca(OH)2负载量37%,负载温度75℃,硬脂酸用量0.5 wt%。在最适宜条件下制备得到的抗酸剂在体外抗酸过程中维持pH>3超过1 h,小鼠溃疡抑制率为71.7%,其抗酸和胃粘膜保护性能与铝碳酸镁相当,但其抗酸过程不释放二氧化碳和镁铝离子。研究结果可为该抗酸剂进行临床实验奠定基础。
為開髮一種性能好且副作用少的抗痠劑,將氫氧化鈣負載于痠活化矇脫石上,然後用硬脂痠進行錶麵脩飾,製備氫氧化鈣/矇脫石抗痠劑。攷察Ca(OH)2負載量、負載溫度及硬脂痠用量對抗痠劑體外抗痠和胃粘膜保護性能的影響。結果錶明,製備氫氧化鈣/矇脫石抗痠劑的最適宜條件為:Ca(OH)2負載量37%,負載溫度75℃,硬脂痠用量0.5 wt%。在最適宜條件下製備得到的抗痠劑在體外抗痠過程中維持pH>3超過1 h,小鼠潰瘍抑製率為71.7%,其抗痠和胃粘膜保護性能與鋁碳痠鎂相噹,但其抗痠過程不釋放二氧化碳和鎂鋁離子。研究結果可為該抗痠劑進行臨床實驗奠定基礎。
위개발일충성능호차부작용소적항산제,장경양화개부재우산활화몽탈석상,연후용경지산진행표면수식,제비경양화개/몽탈석항산제。고찰Ca(OH)2부재량、부재온도급경지산용량대항산제체외항산화위점막보호성능적영향。결과표명,제비경양화개/몽탈석항산제적최괄의조건위:Ca(OH)2부재량37%,부재온도75℃,경지산용량0.5 wt%。재최괄의조건하제비득도적항산제재체외항산과정중유지pH>3초과1 h,소서궤양억제솔위71.7%,기항산화위점막보호성능여려탄산미상당,단기항산과정불석방이양화탄화미려리자。연구결과가위해항산제진행림상실험전정기출。
In order to develop an antacid with excellent acid resistant property and few side effects, calcium hydroxide/montmorillonite antacid was prepared by supporting calcium hydroxide on acid-activated montmorillonite and modification its surface with stearic acid.The effects of Ca ( OH ) 2 loading, load temperature and stearic acid dosage on the in-vitro acid resistant property and gastric mucosal protective effect of the antacid were investigated, and the antacid was compared with com-mercially available hydrotalcite antacid.The results showed that the optimum conditions for prepar-ing calcium hydroxide/montmorillonite antacid were Ca(OH)2 content 37%, load temperature 75℃and stearic acid dosage 0.5 wt%.By using the antacid prepared in the optimum conditions, the time of in-vitro acid resistance with pH>3 was more than 1 h and the ulcer inhibition rate of mice reached 71.7%, and the antacid was similar to commercially available hydrotalcite antacid in both acid resistant property and gastric mucosal protective effect.In addition, the antacid did not release CO2 , Mg2+and Al3+in the process of in vitro acid resistance.The research laids a foundation for the clinical trial of the antacid.
