针对当前铜线拉拔过程中,铜线拉丝速度提高,模具磨损加重的问题,通过对铜线拉丝模具的几何尺寸和金属丝塑性变形的数学分析,基于经典的上界定理,建立数学模型,求解在铜线拉拔过程中,具有最小功率下铜线拉丝模具压缩区的最佳锥角,并估计其误差。采用拼合的凹模模拟铜杆拉拔过程,测得拉拔因子,同时就模具的材质、润滑条件和拉拔力对最佳锥角的影响进行了讨论。研究表明,当铜线截面压缩率为20%~25%之间时,铜线拉丝模具压缩区的锥角2α控制在17°~20°的范围中为最优,此时铜线拉拔过程可有效减少模具磨损,延长了模具寿命。
針對噹前銅線拉拔過程中,銅線拉絲速度提高,模具磨損加重的問題,通過對銅線拉絲模具的幾何呎吋和金屬絲塑性變形的數學分析,基于經典的上界定理,建立數學模型,求解在銅線拉拔過程中,具有最小功率下銅線拉絲模具壓縮區的最佳錐角,併估計其誤差。採用拼閤的凹模模擬銅桿拉拔過程,測得拉拔因子,同時就模具的材質、潤滑條件和拉拔力對最佳錐角的影響進行瞭討論。研究錶明,噹銅線截麵壓縮率為20%~25%之間時,銅線拉絲模具壓縮區的錐角2α控製在17°~20°的範圍中為最優,此時銅線拉拔過程可有效減少模具磨損,延長瞭模具壽命。

To overcome the problem that wear of drawing die becomes more serious by increasing of drawing speed, a mathematical model was developed by analyzing geometry dimension of copper wire drawing die and wire plastic deformation, based on classical high bound law to optimize the reduc-tion angle ( half) under the smallest work condition and evaluating and evaluating its error.Drawing process of copper wire was stimulated by adopting combined concave die to get friction factor value, taking into accounts of effects of die materials quality, lubrication condition and pulling force.The results show that reduction angle 2αis optimally designed in the ranges of 17 °~20 °when cross area reduction ratio of copper wire is 20%~25%,which can reduce wear of die and prolong working life of die effectively.
