目的 了解脑梗死患者不同程度的高脂血症对LDL-C氧化敏感性的影响.方法 合并高脂血症的大脑中动脉区域的脑梗死患者61例,其病灶大小相似.按照以下标准对高脂血症(mmol/L)进行分级:Ⅰ级(TC 5.72~6.24 mmol/L:HDL-C 0.78~1.04 mmol/L:LDL-C 3.64~4.16 mmol/L;TG 3.90~4.42mmol/L)20例.Ⅱ级(TC 6.24~6.76 mmol//L;HDL-C O.52~0.78 mmoL/L;LDL- 4.16~4.68 mmol/L;TG4.42~4.94 mmol/L)19例.Ⅲ级(TC>6.76 mmol/L;HDL-C<0.52 mmol/L;LDL.C>4.68 mmol/L;TG>4.94 mmol/L)22例.铜氧化共轭双烯法测定血LDL-C体外氧化延迟时间.结果 脑梗死患者中高血脂的分级与LDL-C体外氧化延迟时间[Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级分别为(81.26±7.92)、(71.84±9.75)、(60.95±9.33)min]呈负相关(r=-0.751,P<0.01).结论 脑梗死患者中LDL-C的氧化敏感性随血脂水平的升高而增强.

Objective To determine the influence of hyperlipidaemia on the oxidative susecptivity of plasma low-density lipoprotein in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The oxidative susceptivity of plasma low-density lipoprotein were determined in 61 patients with cerebral infarction accompanied by hyperlipidemia in the region of middle cerebral artery,and the size of infarction was resemble.The patients were divided according to the standard of hyperlipidemia below:20 patients were confirmed pertaining to stage Ⅰ(total cholesterol,5.72-6.24 mmol/L;high density lipoprotein,0.78-1.04 mmol/L;low-density lipoprotein 3.64-4.16 mmol/L;triglyeride,3.90-4.42 mmol/L),19 patients were confirmed pertaining to stage Ⅱ(total cholesterol,6.24-6.76 mmol/L;high density lipoprotein,0.52-0.78 mmol/L;low-density lipoprotein,4.16-4.68 mmol/L;triglyeride,4.42-4.94 mmol/L),and 22 patients were confirmed pertaining to stage Ⅲ(total cholesterol,>6.76;high density lipoprotein,<0.52 mmoL/L;low-density lipoprotein,>4.68 mmol/L;triglyeride,>4.94 mmol/L).Low-density lipoprotein oxidizability was measured by determining the lag time in conjugated diene production at 234 nm by copper-stimulated oxidation.Results The lag time in conjugated diene production in patients with cerebral infarction was negatively correlated with the stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ of hyperlipidemia in all the subjects(stage Ⅰ,(81.26±7.92)rain;stage Ⅱ,(71.84±9.75)rain;stage Ⅲ,(60.95±9.33)rain.respectively,r=0.751,P<0.01).Conclusion The oxidative susceptivity of plasma low-density lipoprotein is increased with the increase of hyperlipidemia levels in patients with cerebral infarction.
