The problem and cause existing in the process of vocational university and enterprise cooperation are deeply analyzed. The countermeasures are put forward by following aspects: strengthen the will of cooper-ation, choose a suitable cooperation way, establish a training base out of school together, develop courses to-gether, form a teaching team together and provide enterprise technological development and service.
