供应链收益分配是供应链协同的重要内容之一，建立有效的收益分配机制，对于实现供应链资源的有效配置，提高供应链效率，保证供应链的稳定性具有重要意义。政府监管条件下，供应链通过投资引入环保产品实施供应链环境成本内部化会引起各成员企业资源投入变动，进而影响各成员企业对于供应链的租金贡献。基于上述观点，对实施供应链环境成本内部化而引起的供应链价值流转及成员企业租金贡献变化进行分析，提出基于租金贡献的供应链收益分配分析方法。该方法不仅可以实现供应链收益的合理分配，还能够体现政府规制-激励政策作用在成员企业间的价值传导，并能够解释企业及供应链竞争优势的来源。

The profit allotment among partners is an important element in supply chain collabora-tion .An effective profit allotment mechanism can promote the efficiency and resource allocation of the supply chain and maintain its stability .Under government regulation ,supply chain firms in-vest in and develop environment_friendly products to promote the internalization of environmental costs ,which in turn influences the partner firms’ resources input and changes firms’ rent contri-bution to the supply chain .The rent contribution method is proposed based on the analysis of how the internalization process influences the supply chain’s value transformation and partner firms’ rent contribution .It is argued that the rent contribution method can not only rationalize the profit allotment and reflect the government policy’s influences on firms’ value transformation ,but can also explain the sources of competitiveness of the supply chain and partner firms .
