针对压弯成形制造带筋尤其高筋,整体壁板工艺仍然依赖工人的实际经验、缺乏科学理论指导的现状,开展对铝合金带筋整体壁板压弯成形过程变形机理深入的力学分析。对筋条在内弧的对称、非对称形状截面的结构特征,利用解析法得到了压弯过程中弯曲中性层的平移量和转动量,并通过有限元模拟进行验证;建立了回弹的计算模型,得出上模下压量与回弹量的关系表达式,并与有限元模拟和实验进行了对比验证。
針對壓彎成形製造帶觔尤其高觔,整體壁闆工藝仍然依賴工人的實際經驗、缺乏科學理論指導的現狀,開展對鋁閤金帶觔整體壁闆壓彎成形過程變形機理深入的力學分析。對觔條在內弧的對稱、非對稱形狀截麵的結構特徵,利用解析法得到瞭壓彎過程中彎麯中性層的平移量和轉動量,併通過有限元模擬進行驗證;建立瞭迴彈的計算模型,得齣上模下壓量與迴彈量的關繫錶達式,併與有限元模擬和實驗進行瞭對比驗證。

Press bend forming is a main fabrication method for the high-stiffener integral panel .But the present press bend form-ing process relies completely on workers’ experiences instead of theoretical instructions ,which adds restrictions to the production of new aircrafts in China .According to the characteristics of the symmetric and asymmetric cross section specimens with ribs in-side ,the translation and the rotation of the bending neutral layer have been derived and verified by FEA simulation .The spring-back calculation model and the relation between the punch displacement and the springback amount are all deduced and verified by FEA simulation and experiments .
