目的：研究探讨针刺风池穴对偏头痛模型大鼠脑膜中动脉肌球蛋白轻链激酶（ myosin light chain kinase，MLCK）表达的影响。方法：通过电刺激诱发法复制偏头痛动物模型，观察肌浆球蛋白轻链激酶的结构蛋白表达。结果：成功建立偏头痛大鼠模型，经统计分析，空白对照组MLCK表达比正常对照组明显减少（P＜0．01），针刺风池组与风池预防组比较，无明显差异（P＞0．05），但针刺风池组与空白对照组比较，风池预防组与空白对照组，均有显著差异（ P＜0．05）。结论：偏头痛急性发作可能与降钙素基因相关肽（Calcitonin Gene Related Pepitde，CGRP）信号系统中的MLCK表达减少有关，针刺风池穴对脑膜中动脉MLCK的表达有干预增多作用，对偏头痛急性发作有预防和治疗作用。
목적：연구탐토침자풍지혈대편두통모형대서뇌막중동맥기구단백경련격매（ myosin light chain kinase，MLCK）표체적영향。방법：통과전자격유발법복제편두통동물모형，관찰기장구단백경련격매적결구단백표체。결과：성공건립편두통대서모형，경통계분석，공백대조조MLCK표체비정상대조조명현감소（P＜0．01），침자풍지조여풍지예방조비교，무명현차이（P＞0．05），단침자풍지조여공백대조조비교，풍지예방조여공백대조조，균유현저차이（ P＜0．05）。결론：편두통급성발작가능여강개소기인상관태（Calcitonin Gene Related Pepitde，CGRP）신호계통중적MLCK표체감소유관，침자풍지혈대뇌막중동맥MLCK적표체유간예증다작용，대편두통급성발작유예방화치료작용。
Objective:To study the effect of acupture of Fengchi point on the expression of myosin light chain kinase ( MLCK) in middle meningeal artery of migraine model rats.Methods: Evoked by electrical stimulation induced mi-graine animal models, detect the expression of the MLCK in middle meningeal artery.Results:The models of migraine rats were established successfully.Through statistical analysis of the blank control group being compared with the control group, MLCK expression decreased obviously (P<0.01);Fengchi acupuncture group compared with Fengchi preven-tion group,there was no significant difference ( P>0.05) , but Fengchi acupuncture group compared with the blank con-trol group,Fengchi prevention group compared with the blank control group,there were all significant differences ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:Possibly there is a relationship between acute attack of migraine and the decrease of MLCK of calci-tonin gene related pepitde (CGRP) signal system,and the expression of MLCK by acupuncturing Fengchi point in the middle meningeal artery is increased,and it has the preventive and curative effect acute attack of migraine.
