以轿车旋锻半轴(M TS)为对象,对模具入口角度、模具精整段长度、模具-坯料-芯棒间摩擦系数、轴向拉力等关键参数与材料流动方式和锻造力之间的内在关系进行研究。研究结果表明,随着模具-坯料-芯棒间摩擦系数增大,中性面向模具出口端移动,且径向、轴向锻造力增大;模具入口角度增大时,中性面向模具出口端移动,旋锻力减小,轴向锻造力增加;模具精整段长度、轴向拉力增加时,中性面向模具出口端移动,且旋锻力增大,但轴向锻造力不变。提出了旋锻轴关键参数的制定准则,并以某轿车旋锻轴为例,给出了模具入口角度、模具精整段长度、摩擦系数、轴向拉力等关键参数。采用工艺试制和产品质量试验,验证了旋锻工艺参数制定准则的正确性和合理性。
以轎車鏇鍛半軸(M TS)為對象,對模具入口角度、模具精整段長度、模具-坯料-芯棒間摩抆繫數、軸嚮拉力等關鍵參數與材料流動方式和鍛造力之間的內在關繫進行研究。研究結果錶明,隨著模具-坯料-芯棒間摩抆繫數增大,中性麵嚮模具齣口耑移動,且徑嚮、軸嚮鍛造力增大;模具入口角度增大時,中性麵嚮模具齣口耑移動,鏇鍛力減小,軸嚮鍛造力增加;模具精整段長度、軸嚮拉力增加時,中性麵嚮模具齣口耑移動,且鏇鍛力增大,但軸嚮鍛造力不變。提齣瞭鏇鍛軸關鍵參數的製定準則,併以某轎車鏇鍛軸為例,給齣瞭模具入口角度、模具精整段長度、摩抆繫數、軸嚮拉力等關鍵參數。採用工藝試製和產品質量試驗,驗證瞭鏇鍛工藝參數製定準則的正確性和閤理性。

The relationship between the key process parameters ,such as die inlet angle ,the length of finishing zone of tool ,the shear friction coefficient ,the axial force acting on blank ,the flow of the material and forging force were studied .The results show that with the coefficient of friction increases ,the neutral place moves towards the exit of the tool ,the axial and rotary swaging force increases ,with the die inlet angle increases ,the neutral place moves towards the exit of the tool ,the rotary swaging force decreases and the axial forging force increases ,with the length of finishing zone of tool or the axial force acting on blank increases , the neutral place moves towards the exit of the tool and rotary swaging force increases ,but the axial forging force keep constant ;Guidelines are developed to determine the critical process parameters during the manufacturing of a Monobloc Tube Shaft (MTS) . By using the guidelines ,taking M TS as an example ,the value of the die inlet angle ,the length of finishing zone and the shear fric-tion coefficient was proposed .After the experimental manufacturing with these process parameters ,the experimental results dem-onstrate the correctness and rationality of the guidelines for determining the value of process parameters .
