围绕常规正挤压与缩径挤压原理相同但特点各异进行两种挤压工艺及模具的详细比较,给出了两种挤压的变形规律及常规正挤压工件前端出现“外凸”和缩径挤压工件前端出现“内凹”的形成机理;提出采用经验与理论相结合的两种挤压工艺的设计方法;以变速器输入轴为实例,进行多工步缩径挤压工艺试验,验证了理论研究结果的可行性,为两种挤压工艺的推广及应用提供了参考。

In this paper ,the comparison of the forming processes for extrusion and ironing which have the same forming principle while a few different characteristics are carried out .The deformation rule of the two processes are detailed ,and the parts end phe-nomenon of ‘convex’ in the extrusion and the‘concave’ in the ironing are explained .A process design method based on empirical and theoretical knowledge is proposed .A multi-step ironing experiment of a driving shaft was carried out ,and the results proves that the method of process and die design are reasonable .
