影响高强钢厚板弯曲成形的工艺参数较多,难以精确建立工艺参数与成形质量之间的关系。文章以凸模圆角半径、摩擦系数、冲压速度为自变量进行三因素三水平正交试验,模拟Q550钢15 mm厚板弯曲成形过程,获得回弹角和最大成形力的数据。利用灰色系统理论,分别计算成形工艺参数对单目标函数的关联系数和多目标函数的关联度,将多目标转换为以关联度为目标的单目标;进一步计算各成形工艺参数的平均关联度,将优化的凸模圆角半径、摩擦系数、冲压速度等参数进行有限元模拟验证,经理论指导设计、试模,其成形的厚板质量得到明显提高。
影響高彊鋼厚闆彎麯成形的工藝參數較多,難以精確建立工藝參數與成形質量之間的關繫。文章以凸模圓角半徑、摩抆繫數、遲壓速度為自變量進行三因素三水平正交試驗,模擬Q550鋼15 mm厚闆彎麯成形過程,穫得迴彈角和最大成形力的數據。利用灰色繫統理論,分彆計算成形工藝參數對單目標函數的關聯繫數和多目標函數的關聯度,將多目標轉換為以關聯度為目標的單目標;進一步計算各成形工藝參數的平均關聯度,將優化的凸模圓角半徑、摩抆繫數、遲壓速度等參數進行有限元模擬驗證,經理論指導設計、試模,其成形的厚闆質量得到明顯提高。

The thick plate bending is a complicated process with numerous forming parameters ,so it is difficult to accurately es-tablish the relationship between the process parameters and the forming quality .The bending of 15mm Q550 steel sheet was simu-lated with a designed orthogonal test of three factors and three levels to estimate the springback angle and the maximum forming force .In such simulation ,the independent variables are punch radius ,friction coefficient ,punch velocity .Based on the grey sys-tem theory ,the correlation coefficient of single objective function and the correlation of multi-objective function affected by form-ing parameters were estimated ,and the multi-objective had changed into the single objective with relevancy targeted .After that , the average relevancy of each forming parameters was calculated to optimize the parameter such as punch radius ,friction coeffi-cient and punch velocity .The optimized simulation shows that the forming quality has a significant improvement .
