介绍了湿式与金属填料叠加的除尘器的结构、综合除尘机理及其它有效的功能,可有效克服传统纤维过滤器的不足。实验测试了在不同气流流速下和不同喷淋密度下除尘器的过滤性能,实验结果表明当风速1?2 m/s、喷淋密度1?0 m3/h时,湿式金属填料过滤系统除尘效率可到75%,可应用于集中式中央空调或通风系统中。
介紹瞭濕式與金屬填料疊加的除塵器的結構、綜閤除塵機理及其它有效的功能,可有效剋服傳統纖維過濾器的不足。實驗測試瞭在不同氣流流速下和不同噴淋密度下除塵器的過濾性能,實驗結果錶明噹風速1?2 m/s、噴淋密度1?0 m3/h時,濕式金屬填料過濾繫統除塵效率可到75%,可應用于集中式中央空調或通風繫統中。

This article introduces the structure, dusting mechanism and other functions of wet-type dust remover with metal filler, which can effectively make up the deficiency of the traditional fiber filter. The experiments test its performance on the conditions of different gas flow velocity and sprinkling rate. The results show the wet-type metal filler filtration system has higher filter efficiency which is up to 75%at the following work condition, air flow velocity:1. 2 m/s, sprinkling rate:1. 0 m3/h. This kind of system can be widely used in central-ized central air conditioning or ventilation system.
