利用滚动活塞式压缩制冷实验台测量了压缩机少量吸气带液时的系统性能。结果表明,在少量吸气带液时,压缩机容积效率和等熵压缩电效率仅略有下降,但系统压比降低, R22工质的理论压缩效率提高,因此系统性能提高。在一定的空调工况下,与7 K吸气过热度相比,0?98吸气干度时的系统制冷量和COP平均可提高约4%和2%。
利用滾動活塞式壓縮製冷實驗檯測量瞭壓縮機少量吸氣帶液時的繫統性能。結果錶明,在少量吸氣帶液時,壓縮機容積效率和等熵壓縮電效率僅略有下降,但繫統壓比降低, R22工質的理論壓縮效率提高,因此繫統性能提高。在一定的空調工況下,與7 K吸氣過熱度相比,0?98吸氣榦度時的繫統製冷量和COP平均可提高約4%和2%。

System performance was measured for rolling piston compression refrigerating system. The results show that when rolling piston compressors suck vapor refrigerant mixed a little liquid refrigerant, compressor efficiencies will be decreased just a little, but pressure ratio will be decreased much and the theoretic COP for R22 will be improved, which benefit system performance more. From the overall re-sults, capacity and COP will be better at a little liquid suction. Under the specific air-conditioning condition, capacity and COP at x=0. 98 will be improved up to 4% and 2%, comparing to 7 K suction superheat.
