冷藏运输单元的空气渗透对内部货物温度及冷藏运输能耗都有一定的影响。在分析冷藏运输装备特点的基础上,提出了动态渗风时漏气量的缝隙法计算公式,通过实验进行验证并对影响因素和机理进行分析,得出该方法适用于动态渗风研究,动态渗风量受车速和内部流动的影响较大。

The air infiltration of refrigerated compartment has certain influences on both temperature of internal goods and energy con-sumption of refrigerated transportation. This paper puts forward a new gap-method of leakage calculating formula with dynamic air infiltra-tion based on the characteristics analysis of refrigerated transportation equipment. The formula is validated by experiments and the mecha-nism of influencing factors is analyzed. It is found that this method is suitable for study of dynamic air infiltration, and the velocity of vehi-cle and internal flow has greater impact on dynamic air infiltration volume.
