建立了DSK300型注塑机尾板在其合模机构中的部分装配体模型,利用Workbench 软件针对尾板进行了有限元分析,解决了高压锁模时尾板铰支座应力集中过大的问题,并在有限元分析的基础上进行了拓扑优化设计,使得改进后的尾板最大应力更小、质量更小。
建立瞭DSK300型註塑機尾闆在其閤模機構中的部分裝配體模型,利用Workbench 軟件針對尾闆進行瞭有限元分析,解決瞭高壓鎖模時尾闆鉸支座應力集中過大的問題,併在有限元分析的基礎上進行瞭拓撲優化設計,使得改進後的尾闆最大應力更小、質量更小。

Partial assembly model of rear platen in clamp unit for DSK 300 injection modeling ma-chine was built .Finite element analysis using Workbench software was carried out to study the rear platen and solve the excessive stress concentration around bracket w hen high-pressure cla-ming .The maximum stress and mass of improved platen were reduced by topology optimum de-sign based on FEM analysis simultaneously .
