针对单一松软突出煤层瓦斯治理钻孔抽采难的问题,梁北煤矿通过选择大功率钻机和三棱钻杆,提高抽采钻孔的钻进深度和成孔率,有效消除了工作面中部的预抽“空白区”;通过采用“双子孔”防喷技术,解决了水力扩孔时易喷孔的问题;通过改进抽采钻孔封孔工艺,提高封孔质量,提高了单孔抽采量和瓦斯抽采浓度。采用新装备和新工艺后,实现了抽采达标,有效消除了瓦斯突出危险性并解决了瓦斯超限问题。
針對單一鬆軟突齣煤層瓦斯治理鑽孔抽採難的問題,樑北煤礦通過選擇大功率鑽機和三稜鑽桿,提高抽採鑽孔的鑽進深度和成孔率,有效消除瞭工作麵中部的預抽“空白區”;通過採用“雙子孔”防噴技術,解決瞭水力擴孔時易噴孔的問題;通過改進抽採鑽孔封孔工藝,提高封孔質量,提高瞭單孔抽採量和瓦斯抽採濃度。採用新裝備和新工藝後,實現瞭抽採達標,有效消除瞭瓦斯突齣危險性併解決瞭瓦斯超限問題。

To counter to the difficulty in gas control by borehole gas drainage in the single soft outburst coal seam, the powerful drilling machine and triangular drilling stem were used in Liangbei Mine, which improved the drilling hole depth and hole-forming rate and effectively eliminated the gas pre-drainage“blank zone” in the middle of the working face;by adopting the“twin-hole” blowout prevention technology, the problem of gas blowout from holes during hydraulic hole reaming was solved;and by improving hole-sealing process, the hole-sealing quality was improved and the amount of gas drainage from single hole and the gas concentration were increased. After adopting new equipment and technology, the normalized gas drainage was achieved, the danger of gas outburst was effectively eliminated and the problem of gas overrun was solved.
