为了提高数控落地铣镗床主轴箱静、动、热态综合性能,主轴箱必须具有良好的结构特性。利用Pro/E和ANSYS 建立了主轴箱的有限元模型,分别进行模态分析和热-力耦合分析,以主轴箱结构关键尺寸为设计变量,以主轴箱的一阶固有频率、质量、最大耦合应力、最大耦合变形为目标函数进行了对目标正交优化设计。利用灰色关联分析法获得了优化设计的最佳解,可为主轴箱的结构设计提供参考。
為瞭提高數控落地鐉鏜床主軸箱靜、動、熱態綜閤性能,主軸箱必鬚具有良好的結構特性。利用Pro/E和ANSYS 建立瞭主軸箱的有限元模型,分彆進行模態分析和熱-力耦閤分析,以主軸箱結構關鍵呎吋為設計變量,以主軸箱的一階固有頻率、質量、最大耦閤應力、最大耦閤變形為目標函數進行瞭對目標正交優化設計。利用灰色關聯分析法穫得瞭優化設計的最佳解,可為主軸箱的結構設計提供參攷。

In order to enhance a machine tool headstock ’ s comprehensive performances, including static, dynamic and thermal ones, the spindle box must be of perfect design structure. This paper uses Pro/E and ANSYS to work out CNC boring and mil ing spindle box modeling and make its thermal-mechanical coupling analysis and modal analysis. The headstock's mass, the maximum-coupling stress, the maximum coupling deformation, the fist-order natural frequency are taken as objective functions, with the length, the width and the height of the headstock's main body as design variables to carry out the multi-objective orthogonal optimi-zation design for the headstock. The best solution of the optimization design is obtained by using grey relational analysis method. The significant reference is offered to structure design of the spindle box.
