针对滚动直线导轨副的寿命问题，对其寿命试验方法进行了研究。介绍了滚动直线导轨副寿命试验装置的组成结构和功能，根据试验装置提出了滚动直线导轨副的恒定应力加速寿命试验方法。在此基础上采用最优线性无偏估计法对试验数据进行了处理，对形状参数和特征寿命的估计值进行了计算和分析。对具体型号的滚动直线导轨副，给出其加速寿命试验方法示例。

Aiming at the life problems of the rol er linear guide, this paper researches on its life test method, introduces the structure and function of the rol er linear guide life test rig, and then proposes a method of accelerated life test with constant-stress for rol er lin-ear guide on the basis of the test rig. Based on this method, the optimal linear unbiased estimation is used to process the test data, and the estimation values of the form parameter and characteristics life are counted and analyzed. An example of the accelerated life test method for the rol er linear guide of specific model is demonstrated.
