以露丰黄瓜品种为试验材料,研究了基质不同含水量处理及基质含水量相同下施用不同用量钾肥对黄瓜植株的生长势、叶绿素含量、光合特性及产量的影响。结果显示:随着基质含水量从95%降低到35%,黄瓜叶片中的叶绿素含量增加,但植株的光合效率显著降低,从而抑制了植株的生长势和产量,其中95%基质含水量处理的产量显著高于其他处理;随着钾肥施用量从每桶3 g增加到75 g,黄瓜的生长势、叶绿素含量、光合作用及产量均出现先增长后降低的趋势;当钾肥施用量为每桶20 g时,黄瓜的总产量最高,分别比每桶施钾3 g、45 g和75 g处理的植株产量增加13.98%、15.28%和35.61%。本试验条件下当基质含水量为95%时,钾肥施用量每桶20 g时,最有利于黄瓜生长和产量增加。

Effects of substrate moisture and the application level of potassium fertilizer on the growth and chlorophyll content of leaves, as well as the photosynthesis and the yield were investigated with cucumber variety Lufeng. As the sub-strate moisture content decreased from 95% to 35%, the chlorophyll contents of leaves were increased, however, the pho-tosynthesis, the growth and the yield were significantly inhibited. As potassium fertilizer application increased from 3g to 75g per bucket, the growth, the leaf chlorophyll contents, the photosynthesis as well as the yield were improved first but then declined. The cucumber reached the highest production at the potassium level of 20 g per bucket which were 13. 98%、15. 28% and 35. 61% higher than those at the levels of 3 g, 45 g, and 75 g per bucket. In conclusion, the substrate of 95% and the potassium application level at 20 g per bucket was the most suitable for cucumber growth and yield improve-ment.
