针对参数化缠绕方法不适于复杂型体缠绕轨迹规划的问题,提出了区域缠绕法。该方法通过对纤维缠绕受力分析,基于网格理论和局部趋势面理论,建立了纤维稳定缠绕数学模型,并给出了算法实现流程,为纤维缠绕复杂型体提供理论基础。
針對參數化纏繞方法不適于複雜型體纏繞軌跡規劃的問題,提齣瞭區域纏繞法。該方法通過對纖維纏繞受力分析,基于網格理論和跼部趨勢麵理論,建立瞭纖維穩定纏繞數學模型,併給齣瞭算法實現流程,為纖維纏繞複雜型體提供理論基礎。

Aiming at the problem of parametric winding method unsuitable for complex body trajectory planning, the regional winding method proposed. A stable filament winding mathematical model was established through filament winding mechanical analysis based on grid theory and the theory of local trend surface. The algorithm implementation process was given. A theoretical basis for the complex body filament winding was provided. The effectiveness of regional winding method was proven by the object of elbow parts.
