某现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构生产车间在使用中楼板有不同程度的开裂受损,尤其是房屋西南角(纵横外墙交接处)不同楼层同一部位均有形态、特征相似的板角对穿斜裂缝。为了研究这些对穿斜裂缝的产生机理,采用ANSYS有限元软件,建立三维实体模型,同时考虑温度变化及混凝土收缩变形,先进行热分析,再进行结构分析,最后得到楼板板角处最大主拉应力的分布,验证了温差和混凝土的收缩是楼板45°斜裂缝产生的主要原因。
某現澆鋼觔混凝土框架剪力牆結構生產車間在使用中樓闆有不同程度的開裂受損,尤其是房屋西南角(縱橫外牆交接處)不同樓層同一部位均有形態、特徵相似的闆角對穿斜裂縫。為瞭研究這些對穿斜裂縫的產生機理,採用ANSYS有限元軟件,建立三維實體模型,同時攷慮溫度變化及混凝土收縮變形,先進行熱分析,再進行結構分析,最後得到樓闆闆角處最大主拉應力的分佈,驗證瞭溫差和混凝土的收縮是樓闆45°斜裂縫產生的主要原因。

The slabs of a cast -in-place reinforced concrete frame shear wall appeared cracks to a varia-ble extent during its usage .Particularly, there are oblique through cracks , which appear in the same location and are similar in shape and characteristic , at the southwest corner ( at the junction of vertical and horizontal ex-terior walls) of each floor.In order to analyze the mechanism of these through oblique crack , finite element soft-ware ANSYS was adopted to build a three -dimensional solid model , taking into account the temperature change and concrete shrinkage deformation .First, thermal analysis was conducted , followed by the structural analysis . And the distribution of maximum tensile stress was obtained , confirming that the temperature difference between interior and exterior walls and the shrinkage of concrete are the main causes of 45 °oblique through cracks .
