针对炼油厂油品储运过程中离心泵启动切换频繁、能耗过大、设备损坏严重等问题,提出了采用PLC变频调速控制系统,实现了“一带多”的控制方案。变频运行机泵的工作电压随泵出口压力的减小而减小;在同等压力下,变频运行的机泵比工频运行的机泵所需要的功率小,单位能耗也小。设计的系统在实际运行中取得了很好的节能效果。
針對煉油廠油品儲運過程中離心泵啟動切換頻繁、能耗過大、設備損壞嚴重等問題,提齣瞭採用PLC變頻調速控製繫統,實現瞭“一帶多”的控製方案。變頻運行機泵的工作電壓隨泵齣口壓力的減小而減小;在同等壓力下,變頻運行的機泵比工頻運行的機泵所需要的功率小,單位能耗也小。設計的繫統在實際運行中取得瞭很好的節能效果。

For centrifugal pump starter switch frequently during the process of refinery oil storage and transportation, energy consumption is too large, the equipment was badly damaged, frequency control of motor speed control system is presented in this paper, and through the PLC control frequency converter, realized the"one drag multiple"of the control scheme.The working voltage of variable frequency running pump decreases with the decrease of the pump outlet pressure, under the same pressure, the pump of variable frequency running required power is small than the pump of power frequency operation, the unit energy consumption is small, in the actual operation has achieved good energy saving effect.
