A approach of the designing computer-controlled, high-speed, lockstitch buttonholing machine motion control card is presented.This approach has been proved to have several features of good adaptability, easiness of software modification or update and convenience for debugging.The realtime control which position and speed control was completed by the DSP.The algorithm of interpolation, ac-celeration&deceleration speed control were completed by the FPGA.Broke the previous control system in real time, high speed, high precision, multi -axis synchronous control technology bottleneck.The sample card shows good performance during debugging and testing processes.
