目的:了解产时窒息新生儿血清心肌酶谱和唾液酸水平。方法根据Apager评分将出生2 h内的121例新生儿分窒息组(48例)和对照组(73例),检测两组新生儿血清心肌酶谱和唾液酸水平。结果窒息组心肌酶谱与对照组有显著性差异(均P<0.05)。窒息租和对照组血清唾液酸水平无显著性差异,但研究总体中早产儿血清唾液酸水平(26.0±5.0 mg/dL)显著低于足月儿(29.7±9.2 mg/dL,t=2.26,P=0.029)。结论产时窒息新生儿血清心肌酶水平明显高于非窒息新生儿,但血清唾液酸水平与窒息无明显相关,早产儿血清唾液酸处低水平。

Objective To understand the levels of serum myocardial enzymes and sialic acid in newborns with birth asphyxia.Method 121 newborns no more than 2 hours after birth were divided into an experimental group (n=48, with asphyxia) and a control group ( n=73 ) according to the Apager score.The serum myocardial enzymes and sialic acid levels of both groups were measured.Findings The means of AST, LDH, CK and CK-MB levels in the experimental group were considerably higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).No difference on serum sialic acid levels was found between the two groups.However, lower sialic acid level ( 26.0 ±5.0 mg/dL ) was found in premature when compared with the mature newborns (29.68 ±9.24 mg/dL t=2.26,P=0.029).Conclusion The levels of myocardial enzymes in newborns with birth asphyxia are significantly higher than those without asphyxia.Serum sialic acid level is not related with asphyxia in newborns.However, it is lower in the premature newborn.
