根据2013年1月与8月两个航次测得的数据分析了长江口邻近海域溶解有机碳(DOC)在冬、夏两个季节的含量、分布以及影响因素。结果表明,冬季表、底层DOC浓度范围分别介于35.85~145.11μM和33.60~110.52μM之间,平均值分别为79.15μM与68.99μM;夏季表、底层DOC浓度范围分别为63.48~213.65μM和44.69~123.34μM,平均浓度值分别为100.49μM与61.56μM。由于冬、夏两个季节长江冲淡水径流量、现场浮游植物生物量以及流场状况等控制因素的不同,导致两个季节DOC分布特征具有一定区别。水平分布上,整体都表现出从近岸到外海逐渐降低的趋势;垂直分布上,冬季表底层浓度差距很小,夏季浓度由表层向底层不断降低。长江冲淡水输送是该区域DOC的主要来源,相对于冬季,夏季生物活动过程中的释放对表层水体DOC的浓度具有较大的贡献。

Based on data from two cruises that were carried out in the adjacent sea area of the Yangtze Estuary in January and August, 2013, the concentration and distribution of the Dissolved Organic Carbon ( DOC) , as well as its influencing factors were analyzed. The results showed that the concentration of DOC was 35.85~145.11μM in the surface water, 33.60~110.52 μM in the bottom water in winter, respectively, and the mean values were 79.15 and 68.99 μM, respectively. And in summer, the concentration of DOC was 63.48~213.65 μM in the surface water, 44.69~123.34μM in the bottom water, respectively, and the mean values were 100.49 and 61.56μM, respectively. And the DOC had different distribution characteristics that were caused by different controlling factors ( Changjiang diluted water, phytoplankton biomass and currents) in the two seasons. The concentration of DOC was higher in the nearshore water than that in the offshore water in both seasons. As to the vertical distribution, there was little difference between the surface and bottom waters in winter, while the DOC concentration decreased gradually from the surface water to the bottom water in summer. Compared with that in winter, the biological effects were important to the surface DOC concentration in summer.
