多发型群体性事件与社会泄愤事件相比，前者是后者的诱因，也是其必经阶段。前者主体的最终目的为达成自己的利益诉求，具体有煽动情绪扩事态、杜撰事实博同情、强推己责问政府、曲解政策求利益等；后者的主体目的更杂，包括发泄不满、唯恐不乱、盲从、表现等。前者主体是“熟人群体”，后者主体是无组织群体。前者行为方式以软暴力为主，后者行为方式有打砸抢烧。前者发生数量极多，称为多发，后者发生数量极少，是为可数。

Compared frequent mass incidents with social venting anger incidents, the former is an incentive and an essential stage of the latter. The ultimate goal of the mainstays of frequent mass incidents is to achieve their own interests, for instance, inciting emotions to let incidents broaden, fabricating facts for sympathy, pushing their own responsibility to ask responsibility of government, distorting policy to seek interests and so on. Moreover, the goals of social venting anger incidents are more complicated, including releasing complaints, being eager for fray, following blindly, showing off etc. The mainstays of frequent mass incidents are acquaintance group. The main parts of social venting anger incidents are inorganization group. The ways of the former action are mainly soft violence, and the latter is beating, smashing, looting and burning. The occurrence of the former is frequent, called multiple events, and the occurrence of the latter is rare, which is countable.
