运输安全是大型变压器正常使用的先决条件。针对大型变压器的运输安全，推导了基于车体参数、路面等级、行驶速度、垂直振动加速度的大型变压器运输振动模型，给出了运输前和运输过程中的冲击允许值预测模型。研制了一套大型变压器运输实时监测系统，实现了实时预警功能，改变了目前封闭式监测的现状。描述了系统的组成，原理及其在实际运输中的应用。实例分析表明，实时监测系统结合预测模型可有效保障运输安全。

Transportation safety is the major prerequisite to the normal use of transformer. For the transportation safety of large transformers,large transformers transportation vibration model is deduced based on car body's parameters, pavement grade,speed and vertical vibration acceleration. The impact allowable values of predictive model before and during transportation process are given. Transportation real-time monitoring system of large transformers is developed. It achieves the function of real-time early warning, and changes the current status of closed monitoring. The composition,theory and application in transportation of system are described. The practical application shows that the real-time monitoring system and predictive model can ensure the transportation safety effectively.
